Engineer PGP Operations
Qualification: B.Tech/B.E in Chemical/Mechanical/Instrumentation/Electrical
The Role:
We are looking for Trainee Engineers for our business who would be groomed for the role ofEngineer –
PGP Operations. The briefjob description is as follows:
- To ensure safe, efficient and continuous operation of PG&P plant during the shift.
- Work towards ensuring Zero Safety Incidents at Plant. Report any Near Miss/Incident/Accident.
- Assist to organize safety programs the Plant, including Toolbox talks/Safety Meetings/awards etc.
- Ensure products manufactured/supplied meet prescribed quality standards as laid down by the company.
- Plan and coordinate with raw material suppliers/source locations to ensure timely receipt of inputs for production that meet the required input quality standards.
- To ensure quality testing is carried out and traceability is maintained from source to delivery for all products as per the defined SOPs.
- Ensure that instruments are calibrated & validated as per company standards and to comply statutory requirements such as stamping, records etc.
- To maintain Batch & Quality control records for medical gases including incoming raw materials
- Ensure upkeep of plant and equipment, timely repair and maintenance of all equipment and general housekeeping of the site.
- MIS - Prepare Monthly, Daily and Shift reports pertaining to Plant Operations
- To meet KPIs for the plant such as Production Targets, Productivity, Loss reduction, Cost Control, Cylinder Tracking etc.
Location: Anywhere in India
Stipend: Rs. 5,00,000/- p.a
Traineeship Period:
The Traineeship period will be for a year. Post completion of the training, based on the performance and the availability of the roles, the incumbent will be offered either a full-time role in the organization or else can be put on a contractual role under external agency.
