Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Installing /Upgrading/Troubleshooting Windows Desktop and Server platform

2. Creating user accounts & groups, configuring disk quotas

3. Installing and configuring of ADS,DNS and DHCP

4. Configuration of Email clients like MS Outlook and Outlook Express.

5. Configuring and Troubleshooting the LAN

6. User Account Management

7. Troubleshooting & remediating network related issues

8. Administering File Shares, Disk Quotas and Print Servers.

9. Windows Patch Management (WSUS)

10. Administering Antivirus Server
