2. System Configuration and Setup

Desktop Setup and Installation: Assist in setting up new desktop systems, installing necessary hardware, ensuring all components are functioning correctly.

Printer Setup and Configuration: Help in configuring and troubleshooting printers, including ensuring proper connectivity and addressing any errors or malfunctions.
3. Assisting Senior Engineers

Support and Assistance: Work closely with senior engineers to resolve complex issues, assist in ongoing projects, and learn advanced techniques in hardware troubleshooting and repairs.

4. Documentation and Reporting

5. Hardware Inventory Management
