Job Overview:
We are looking for a Computer Operator to handle data entry, manage office software, and ensure the smooth operation of computer systems. The ideal candidate should have basic IT knowledge, good typing speed, and familiarity with office applications.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Data Entry & Processing – Enter, verify, and update data in company systems accurately.
✅ System Monitoring & Maintenance – Ensure the smooth operation of computers, printers, and other office equipment.
✅ Software & Application Handling – Work with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and company-specific software.
✅ File & Document Management – Maintain electronic and physical records in an organized manner.
✅ Basic Troubleshooting – Identify and fix minor software/hardware issues or escalate when necessary.
✅ Email & Internet Usage – Communicate via email, browse for information, and download necessary files.
✅ Report Preparation – Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
