Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Computer Operator to handle data entry, system monitoring, and basic IT support. This role involves managing computer operations, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth office system functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Computer System Operations

Operate and monitor computer systems, software, and office applications.
Perform data entry, processing, and verification tasks.
Ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems and office networks.

2. Data Management & Record-Keeping

Maintain and update company databases, spreadsheets, and digital records.
Generate reports and organize files systematically.
Perform backups and secure confidential information.

3. Office IT Support & Troubleshooting

Assist with basic IT troubleshooting (printers, software, email issues, etc.).
Coordinate with technical teams for system updates and repairs.
Ensure data security and software functionality.

4. Administrative & Coordination Tasks

Assist with documentation, reports, and inventory management.
Manage and print office-related materials when required.
Support team members with computer-based tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

High School / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Technical & Soft Skills:

✔ Basic knowledge of computer systems, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and data entry software.
✔ Fast and accurate typing skills.
✔ Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.
✔ Good organizational and multitasking skills.
✔ Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
✔ Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
