Job Description

We are looking for Fresher Computer Operator.

Skills would require: Internet, Microsoft Word, Excel etc. with Qualification like BA, MA, MBA, BBA, PGDCA, BCA, MCA, BTech, Mtech or any Graduation Degree.

Responsibilities

Monitor and control computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and security.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system backups, software updates, and hardware repairs.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.

Provide technical support to users by answering questions, resolving problems, and providing guidance.

Install, configure, and maintain computer equipment and peripherals.

Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate backup and recovery procedures.

Collaborate with IT team members to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.

Keep accurate records of system performance, maintenance tasks, and user support requests.

Stay updated on the latest technological advancements and recommend improvements to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

Train users on how to utilize computer systems and software effectively and securely.
