Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a fast and accurate Computer Typist to assist with data entry, document preparation, and digital record-keeping. The ideal candidate should have excellent typing speed, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Typing & Data Entry

Type documents, reports, and correspondence with speed and accuracy.
Perform data entry and update records in digital systems.
Format and proofread documents for grammar, spelling, and clarity.

2. Document & Record Management

Maintain and organize digital and printed files.
Convert handwritten or scanned documents into digital text.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

3. Office Support & Coordination

Assist with printing, scanning, and filing as needed.
Collaborate with team members to complete documentation tasks.
Handle basic administrative duties related to document processing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

High School / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Technical & Soft Skills:

✔ Typing speed of at least 40-60 words per minute (WPM).
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) & typing software.
✔ Good command of English & grammar.
✔ Attention to detail and ability to work with accuracy.
✔ Basic knowledge of office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
