Job Description
- Some of the basic skills required for a content developer are:
- Excellent communications and writing skills
- Good listening skills
- The ability to multitask and work to deadlines.
- Ability to work on own initiative and organize own workload.
- Fairly good knowledge in MS – Office, PPT, HTML, Photoshop,
- Macromedia Flash, etc would be of benefit in this profession.
- Typing skill (English & Hindi )must be required.
- Fresher : -
- Candidate should be Bachelor’s degree in Mechancial or any other stream
- Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Creative flair
- Attention to detail
- Candidate should be a graduate (full-time three years course of a reputed University) with 1-2 years of experience.
- Specializations such as Technical Knowledge and Hindi Languages read write and Speaking skills.
- Candidate should have experience in content writing and E– learning projects.
- Candidate should have Teaching experience also to be consider for content writing.
- Excellent written and verbal English skills for the purpose of documentation development, curriculum development, editing and communication.
- Design the Content
- Script the content
- Content Creation (including but not limited to text, slides, images, quizzes)
- Evaluate existing curriculum or teaching materials and convert to digital content in line with best practice methodologies
- Manage subject matter expertise, carrying out content research, evaluation and development as necessary.
- Creation and Review of Video Scripts, presentations, worksheets, and other material (readings, animation, assessments etc.)
- Creating interactions and test items.
- Highly proactive, and enthusiastic, with excellent interpersonal skills and a strong sense of teamwork. Able to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- The ability to manage a workload with changing priorities and tight deadlines as part of a flexible team.
