POSITION AVAILABLE: Content Editor - proofreader - Mumbai - Full time
Responsibilities:
A mystery shop evaluation is a snapshot of what happens when a customer evaluates a business. The reports are a set of questions that contains findings, both positive and negative. As a team, we are responsible to review every report to ensure our clients receive accurate insights of their brand to maintain/ increase customer satisfaction.
Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required:
Education - Fresher / Graduate with min. 1+ yrs. experience in proofreading/content editing preferably from Automotive industry or having a keen interest in it.
Competency Skills:
- Ability to demonstrate responsible, ethical and honest behaviour.
- Ability to deliver the required standards under pressure
- Good communicator, communicate effectively and openly
- Provides constructive feedback
- Ability to work with a wide range of individuals
- Ability to deal with monotony
- Ability to manage time and prioritize effectively
- Have an eye for detail
Reports to : Data Quality Manager - BARE India.
Location : Mumbai, (Hybrid)
Industry – Market Research / Automotive / Advertising / KPO/ BPO/ Any.
Salary offered – Min 2.4 – 3.6 LPA.
