Job Description

KEY AREAS RESPONSIBILITIES:

Website content:

Content writing for product pages, campaign banners etc.

Creative copywriting for ads:

Write effective ad copies for performance marketing ads
Engaging content for retention marketing communication to our customer base (emailer copy, SMS, Whatsapp, sale banners etc.)
Ad copies for monthly campaigns as per the content calendar
Edit and proofread content to ensure it is free from errors and adheres to brand guidelines

Blogs & articles:

Well-researched content for blogs & articles and articulated in a fun language in sync with the brand

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi
Good understanding & experience in creative writing for product-led consumer brands
Strong research skill & basic knowledge of SEO
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in copywriting and content marketing

Competencies:

High consumer-centricity
Strong bias to action
Agility and ability to make decisions/courses correct fast
Cross-functional collaboration & influencing stakeholders

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP AND KEY INTERFACES/STAKEHOLDERS:

Reporting to: Brand Manager

Team / IC: IC role

Internal Stakeholders: Growth/Marketing, Creative, Product

External Stakeholders: NA

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- Min. 1-2 years of experience of which the majority should be in a consumer brand company or agency handling consumer brands or should have freelanced for consumer brands
- Good verbal/written communication skills in English

Note :- Relevant Experience of Content Writing in an agency/D2C brands. Write copies for whatsapp, emailers, promotion and offers, & performance.
