We are currently looking to hire an employee with experience working in a hospital canteen. This role is essential for maintaining our service standards and ensuring a positive experience for our staff and visitors.
Responsibilities:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping, slicing, and dicing.
Cook and present food items according to recipes and standards.
Ensure kitchen safety and hygiene by following health regulations.
Manage kitchen inventory and notify if stocks are running low.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and quality food service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area.
Assist in creating new recipes and menu items.
