Job Description
We are looking to hire a Corporate Relations Manager/Specialist to join our Career Services Placement vertical responsible for driving placements for SkilloVilla's certified students. This role would require ensuring jobs and internships for SkilloVilla's students, who graduate from the platform after completing their certification, by onboarding new companies and strengthening relationships with the existing ones.

Position: Corporate Relations Manager/Specialist
Department: Placement
Reporting to: Senior Manager and Founder
Preferred - Looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and ready to take on any challenge.
We want someone to join as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
1. Engage with corporates to understand their hiring needs and share curated candidate lists for placement opportunities.
2. Support learners through regular counseling sessions, arranging guest lectures, and guiding them to update their resumes as per market trends.
3. Build and nurture relationships with corporates, collaborating to address their recruitment requirements.
4. Plan and execute hiring events while coordinating with candidates to help them achieve their career goals.
5. Prepare and present monthly performance and progress reports to the founders.
Requirements:
• 6 months–2 years of experience in B2B corporate relations or client management (experience in Ed-Tech is a plus).
• Proven ability to interact effectively with senior management, CXOs, or business heads.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, LinkedIn, Lusha, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Confident, goal-oriented, and adept at influencing, negotiation, and persuasion.
