Job Description
- Proficient speaking skills in Telugu and English.
- Responsible to enroll students and start training batches every month.
- Vigorous outgoing calls, send e-mails and repeat the activity, create interest among students/candidates and counsel them on the range of our training programs.
- Responsible to run enquiry generation activities through Email Campaigns, Post Blogs and Posting on Social and Professional Networking sites etc.Must be a very effective communicator.
- Identify and Create Need from the Database and Guide them towards relevant Career Courses.
- Being accessible and available to students to respond to their queries, questions and concerns while clarifying program requirements and procedures.
- Counselling of all walk-ins and taking effective follow up with the prospects on a regular basis and converting the walk-ins into closures.
- To analyze the interests as well as understanding his/her key skills.
- Assisting students to identify their academic values and goals and independently monitor their progress toward achieving their educational and career goals.
