Job Description

Required Counsellor for a reputed NGO for social work project. Currently we are running project on HIV AIDS/Symphasis /TB/ Hepatitis so we need an energetic candidate for handling this type work process.

Responsibilities:

Conducting individual and group counseling sessions.

Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.

Listening to clients' concerns and offering practical advice.

Maintaining confidential records of clients' progress.

Referring clients to other healthcare professionals when necessary.

Providing crisis intervention when required.

Educating clients on coping mechanisms and wellness strategies.

Skills:

Strong understanding of counseling techniques and principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of empathy and ability to build trust with clients.
