As a Counter Sales Executive at Shreeji Jewels, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and helping clients find the perfect piece of jewelry. Your role is crucial in ensuring a positive customer experience, from the moment they walk in until they leave with a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Display and explain product features, quality, and pricing to customers.
- Process sales transactions efficiently using the POS system.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store by organizing and replenishing stock.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the team’s overall goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and trends in the jewelry industry.
- Support the team in various tasks as needed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist in restocking and replenishment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and experience with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
