Job Details -

Product - pickles, masala and sweets.

Work includes Sales and Packing, Customer service, Sale target, stock management, cleaning, online sales, billing.

Timings - 9:30am to 9:30pm or 9:30 am to 3:30 pm or 3:30 pm to 9:30 pm.

Salary will be decided after interview only.

No interview on calls.

Responsibilities:

-Greeting customers and taking orders.

-Processing payments.

-Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.

-Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.

-Following up on orders to prevent delay and frustration.

-Updating the product inventory.

-Cleaning the customer area during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance.

-Ensuring that each customer leaves the store satisfied.

Skills:

-Knowledge and use of cash register.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

-Good personal appearance.

-Conflict management skills preferred.
