Expertise & Qualifications:
- MBA degree essential
- Relevant experience of 3-7 years in Banking / FMCG / Telecom industries
- Experience in Channel Management and MIS
- Proficient in using Excel
- Strong Analytical skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Achieve business targets
- Drive productivity, manage costs of acquisition and ensure compliant sourcing processes
- Build and nurture relationships with the branch and other internal channels
- Cross-sell add-on products like Direct Debit, Forex, etc.
- Ensure adherence to standardised sales processes, SM Planner, DAP leads
