Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Crew Member at Legend Coffee Brand in New Delhi. As a Crew Member, your day-to-day tasks will include food and beverage service activities, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, assisting with food preparation, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take their orders.
Prepare and serve food and beverages.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow food safety procedures.
Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system.
Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the establishment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
Willingness to learn and follow procedures
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
