Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven CRM Executive to lead our customer relationship initiatives, optimize the customer lifecycle journey, and enhance customer satisfaction and retention. This role requires an individual with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to design and execute targeted communication strategies. The CRM Executive will be pivotal in developing customer engagement strategies and improving customer experience across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities- CRM Strategy Development: Design, implement, and optimize CRM strategies to increase customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Customer Lifecycle Management: Map and monitor the customer journey, identifying opportunities to enhance the experience at each stage.
- Campaign Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel CRM campaigns, including email, SMS, and app notifications, tailored to customer segments and preferences.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze customer data and campaign metrics, providing insights to improve customer segmentation, personalization, and campaign performance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business goals and ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- CRM System Management: Maintain and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy, integrating new tools, and implementing process improvements.
- Customer Feedback and Retention: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform retention strategies, reduce churn, and support continuous improvement efforts.
