Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Execute well-defined, periodic, and repetitive tasks such as user creation, profile updates, access grants, and communication as per the responsibility matrix.
Maintain and update reports and trackers in processes where defined workflows exist.
Administer system/database access and perform basic data maintenance.
Coordinate internally and respond to operational inquiries from stakeholders, channel partners, and vendors related to routine systems, processes, and tasks.
Assist in gathering and compiling information through primary and secondary research.
Document, communicate, and follow up on action items and notes from meetings or events.
Provide support for additional tasks requiring minimal supervision and participate in relevant projects as a team member.
