Job Description
Job title: CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE for Voice and Sales process
Shift timings: Day shift
Work type: On site
Language: English, Hindi
Qualification: 12th pass (Graduation is a plus)
Age: 18 - 30 years
Roles and Responsibilities:
Take prospects from initial contact phase to qualified phase over the phone.
Present product solutions virtually.
Generate revenue by counselling prospects and converting them to sales.
Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals.
Respond quickly to assigned leads.
Willingness to be measured by weekly and monthly metrics.
Use and become an expert on the Customer Relationship Management
Candidate Profile:
Work from Office Only.
Versant 4 to 6 for Voice.
Should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Shift Timings:
For Male: 24*7
For Female Employees: 7am-7pm Window
6 Days working
No Fixed Off, Ability and willingness to learn.
Courteous with strong customer service orientation.
Good listening and responding skills.
Should be willing to take up challenges and go the extra mile to perform work responsibilities.
Should have great interpersonal skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
