Role : Customer Care Executive
Magus Dialog a pioneer in the BPO sector with an industrial experience of 27 years is recruiting 500 candidates having fluency in Tamil ( or) Malayalam (or) Hindi with good personality and understanding of customer service. Responsible for handling the calls in our Domestic Outbound Process, to provide an exceptional support and customer service to our Client.
Process: Outbound ( Not Sales / Not Appointment Fixing / No Targets )
Qualification: 10+2 (or) Diploma (or) Any Degree (Including Engineering Verticals)
Age Limit : Between 18 Years to 30 Years
Eligibility Criteria : Communication in Tamil (or) Malayalam (or) Hindi
