Job Description
US COLLECTION PROCESS (VOICE):
1) Any Graduate/U.G OR Drop-out having excellent communication is eligible.
2) Freshers are also eligible, candidates having experience OR exposure of international B.P.O are preferred.
3) Excellent opportunity to earn incentives, the highest incentive earning process.
4)Should be able to handle inbound calls from the Customer and handle their queries effectively.
5) Should be flexible with night shift.
6) Designation: CCE/Sr CCE.
7) Salary: 2.5 L.P.A to 3.5 L.P.A. & 5 days working.
8) Free food & transport for all employees of Sykes.
