Job Title: Urgent Hiring – Customer Care Executive in Kolkata (Same-Day Joining)
Job Location: Kolkata
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts: General & Rotational shifts available
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
We are looking for Customer Care Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer calls, answering queries, providing accurate information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in Hindi and have basic English skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer records
- Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow communication guidelines and best practices
- Minimum HS Pass qualification
- Must have good Hindi and average English communication skills
- Both male and female candidates can apply
- Freshers are welcome; experience in customer service is a plus
- Must be comfortable with rotational shifts
