Job Description
MrMed is looking for Customer Care Executives to assist its customers for order support over telephone/ chat channels. As a Customer Care Executives, you will be the brand ambassador of MrMed and will be responsible for ensuring customers are always delighted by our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential customers to drive sales growth.
- Conduct outreach via phone, WhatsApp, and email to keep customers updated regarding their order status.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Assist customers with the order process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Escalate issues to team leads and persistent issues directly to senior management.
- Provide follow-up support to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Demonstrate a temperament for handling customers with care and in a clear and convincing manner.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Provide product/service information and upsell when necessary.

Qualifications
- 0 to 2 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, pharmacy, or related field (preferred).
- Fluency in Hindi is must
