Job Description:
As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a positive experience with our company.
Your role will include:
- Handling inbound customer calls, emails, and live chat inquiries.
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues or complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and striving for a first-contact resolution.
- Escalating complex issues to senior team members or management when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a customer-first mentality.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred)
