Job Title: Customer Care Executive 
Language: Hindi 

Shift: 
Rotational Shift for Male / General shift for female: General (Morning 7.00 AM to 4.00 PM, 8:00 to 5.00 PM, 9:00 to 6: 00 PM) 
Rotational Shift: 7:00 AM to 4.00 PM, 1.00 PM to 10.00 PM, 10.00 PM to 7 :00 AM) 

Salary: 16 K to 18 K (Take Home) 
Age Limit: 20 to 30 

Skills: 
• Basic Computer Skills  
• Good English writing and speaking skills 
• Hindi Speaking must 
• Ability to work with customers over phone 
• Ability to manage and work with multiple customers 
• Ability to multi-task effectively 
• Positive attitude 
• Punctual work ethics 
• Ability to learn quickly 
• Attitude to go beyond the job responsibilities to ensure customer satisfaction 
• Multilingual abilities a plus

Job Responsibilities 
• Handle customer requests over phone on daily basis 
• Respond to customer requests within the accepted turn-around time. 
• Complete all assigned tasks on-time! 
• Provide regular updates to the client. 
• Report to team leaders on job performance 
• Work punctually and diligently. 

Required Candidate profile- 
• Basic of understanding of computer 
• Experience - Calling Process(inbound/outbound) 
• Excellent communication skills required. 
• Graduation is must
