Key Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
* Identify customer needs and offer personalized solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain customer records and update CRM systems with relevant information after each interaction.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed effectively.
* Assist in resolving complex issues and escalate when necessary.
* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the service.
* Strive to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) related to response time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
