The role involves responding to customer queries via calls, emails, or chat, providing product/service information, and maintaining records of interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Issue Resolution:
- Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
2. Order Processing & Support:
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and cancellations.
- Ensure timely resolution of payment or billing-related issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve product/service concerns.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems.
4. Reporting & Process Improvement:
- Document customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions.
- Identify common concerns and suggest improvements in customer service processes.
- Assist in creating FAQs, guides, and customer support materials.
