Job Description
• Good Command over English.
• Develop and Maintain proper interaction and reputation with the clients
• Understand the business needs of the Clients
• Convince the clients and make them to invest on new Projects with the organization
• Outbound Voice process
• B2B Sales Process
• Experience- 0 to 3 years required in web selling or in outbound sales process. Fresher must apply
• Shift: Night: 8pm to 5am Morning: 7pm to 4am
Key Responsibilities
Outbound B2B Sales
Make outbound calls to international businesses and pitch web services (website development, digital marketing, SEO, etc.).
Identify potential leads, qualify prospects, and convert them into paying customers.
Handle objections and negotiate pricing to close deals successfully.
Client Communication & Relationship Management
Effectively communicate the value proposition of web solutions to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure long-term customer retention.
Follow up with leads via emails, calls, and online meetings.
Sales Targets & Reporting
Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales interactions in CRM software.
Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
Stay updated with global digital marketing and web development trends.
Analyze competitors and refine sales strategies accordingly.
