Designation- Customer Care Executive - US

Experience- 6 months - 2 years

Salary- 18k-22k plus incentives

Job Location- Kolkata

Job Timing - US shift

Job Profile: 

-Efficiently handle all the queries and escalations from the US based customers.

-Understand customer’s requirements and provide relevant solutions and assistance.

 -Handle Inbound Travel Process.

 -Convert query call into sales call.

Required Skills: 

-Min of 10+2 pass. 

-Excellent in English. 

-Experience of 6 months - 2 years in any International BPO.

 -Age Group (18-35).
