We are seeking a motivated Customer Care Intern to provide exceptional customer service and build meaningful relationships with our clients. The role will involve handling customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, and assisting in maintaining our reputation for excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
- Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of our hemp-based products to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.
- Order Management: Assist with processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving order-related issues.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to improve our products and services.
- CRM Updates: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to address customer needs and support business objectives.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring a positive experience.
Requirements:
- Education: Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
