Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Care Officer to handle customer inquiries, provide assistance, and ensure excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support & Assistance
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information about products/services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain customer records and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
3. Coordination & Problem-Solving
- Work closely with sales, technical, and operations teams.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
- Ensure all customer concerns are addressed efficiently.
4. Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Maintain logs of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare reports on customer feedback and service performance.
- Contribute to improving service processes based on feedback.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
High School / Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field.
Technical & Soft Skills:
✔ Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
✔ Ability to handle customer queries with patience & professionalism.
✔ Basic computer knowledge & familiarity with CRM tools.
✔ Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
