Job Description
- Review and analyze available information to identify patterns and categories.
- Enter data into a format that facilitates subsequent use, suggesting improvements to the structure if necessary.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the entered data.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction & Support:

Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chat support to address customer queries.

Assist customers with product information, billing, order tracking, complaints, returns, and other issues.

Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries.
2. Complaint Resolution:

Listen to customer concerns attentively and provide effective solutions.

Escalate complex issues to senior staff or relevant departments when necessary.

Follow up to ensure customer issues are resolved to satisfaction.
3. Documentation & Reporting:

Record details of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in CRM or internal systems.

Maintain accurate logs and prepare reports for review by the customer service team or management.
4. Product & Process Knowledge:

Stay updated with company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Educate customers about features, upgrades, or new offerings.
5. Customer Feedback & Satisfaction:

Collect customer feedback and suggestions for service improvement.

Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest ways to enhance service quality.
