Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join us as a Customer Engagement Associate on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for freshers or outgoing individuals who love to smile, talk, and interact with people.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers/clients with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Engage in light conversations to create a welcoming environment.
- Provide basic information about our services/products.
- Maintain a positive and energetic presence throughout the shift.
Requirements:
No prior experience needed – freshers are welcome!
A friendly and outgoing personality.
Good communication skills (English/Hindi preferred).
Ability to engage with people comfortably.
Punctuality and reliability.
Work Schedule:
- 8 days per month (Saturday and Sunday)
- 10-hour shifts per day (12 pm to 10 pm)
- Location: Bandra BKC, Mumbai
