- Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints within TAT
- Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments
- Find a spontaneous resolution to the problem and handling customer concern within TAT.
- Serves as liaison between the customer and various departments
- Have strong follow-up and follow-through proficiencies
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills.
- Have the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Be able to keep good, accurate records.
- Demonstrate great listening and excellent note-taking skills.
- Be able to communicate clearly, both in writing and in speech
