Responsibilities:
For Customer Relations Officer the candidate will need to:
Act as the primary point of contact for students ensuring exceptional training programs.
Understand and address student inquiries about training programs, placements, and schedules.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing students to ensure satisfaction and engagement.
Calling out students and helping them complete their profile
Help in resolving students queries
Interact with students by phone, e-mail and online chat
Assist in promotional activities and student onboarding processes.
Gather feedback from students to improve training and service quality.
Requirements:
1. Min Qualification - Graduate
2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
3. Passionate and self-driven
4. Strong integrity and work ethics
5. Well versed with computers
6. Prior experience in Customer service or Customer Facing job will be an added advantage
Active listening: Listening to customers
Problem solving: Using critical thinking, decision-making, creativity, and information processing to solve problems
Attention to detail: Paying close attention to detail
Teamwork: Working well in a team
7. Flexible with Shifts (for female its Day Shift)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle student queries with empathy and professionalism.
