We are currently looking for a Customer Relationship Associate
Sales:
- To create a large database of potential leads
- Cold calling, emails and regular follow ups with potential leads to generate a funnel of qualified leads
- Interaction with qualified leads to understand requirements and expectations
- Constant focus towards conversion of qualified leads into actual revenue generation for the company
- Creation, maintenance and updation of sales trackers
- The role would be strongly target driven
Operations:
- To interact with partners to check on availability and process the entire booking value chain
- Sending of invoice, regular updates to client and the partners
- Maintain and manage accounts
