Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our dynamic team. As a CRE, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and support by managing the inbound and outbound calls, assisting with customer inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering a positive experience to clients. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Provide clear and accurate information to customers about products, services, or account details.
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system, ensuring all information is accurate.
- Adhere to call scripts and company guidelines while maintaining a friendly and approachable tone.
- Meet or exceed performance targets, including call quality, call resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify potential sales opportunities or cross-sell additional products/services where appropriate.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions and concerns.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve complex issues or improve processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
