Job Description
Job Summary:
A Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term business success. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and proactively engaging with clients to enhance their experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage multiple interactions efficiently.
2) Explain about clients and answer questions from customers.
3) Obtain customer information such as name, address, and fix appointments.
4) Answer telephone calls from potential customers who have been solicited through advertisements.
5) Telephone or write letters to respond to correspondence from customers or to follow up initial donor contacts.
6) Participate in the day to day work of the organization – such as reporting, attending team and Board meetings as required, and taking a flexible approach to general administrative and support tasks.
7) Participate in staff appraisals and appropriate training for the role .
