Job Description
Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective and current clients seeking immigration services. Handle inquiries, explain services, and provide clear information on the immigration process and requirements.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Understand their needs, address concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout their immigration process.
Consultation Support: Provide guidance and assistance to clients regarding documentation, visa options, eligibility requirements, and immigration pathways. Ensure clients are fully informed at each step.
Case Follow-Up: Keep clients informed of the status of their immigration applications. Follow up with clients to ensure all documentation is submitted on time and correctly.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve client concerns or issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and minimizing any delays or disruptions in their immigration journey.
Communication Coordination: Act as a liaison between clients and immigration consultants, legal teams, or relevant authorities. Ensure that client requests, updates, and questions are communicated promptly and professionally.
Database Management: Maintain and update client records in the organization's CRM system, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
Promoting Services: Educate clients on additional services offered by the organization, such as visa consultancy, permanent residency applications, and citizenship services.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with the services provided and share insights with the management team to improve customer satisfaction and service offerings.
