Job Description
Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive – Shaadi SELECT (Tamil & English)
Location: T. Nagar, Chennai
Job Type: Full-time

Education: Minimum qualification – HSC (12th Pass)

Experience: 1 to 5 years in Outbound Customer Service, Customer Relationship, or Retention roles

Age Limit: 21 to 30 years

Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates

Female Candidates: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Male Candidates: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM

In-hand Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (based on current/last drawn salary)

Work Schedule: 5 days a week

Weekly Offs: 2 rotational weekdays

Provide personalized post-sales service to Shaadi SELECT Premium Members

Understand member preferences and manage profiles with precision

Facilitate connections between members and potential matches

Coordinate meetings between mutually interested parties

Drive membership renewals and maintain high customer satisfaction

Build trust and rapport to support members throughout their partner search journey

Ensure excellent service standards and enhance the overall member experience
