Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. As a CRM, you will be the primary point of contact for managing and nurturing relationships with key customers. Your role will involve ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving any issues or complaints, and driving the company's customer retention and loyalty efforts.
You will need to possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with a deep understanding of customer needs. A successful CRM will also be proactive in identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience, improve service delivery, and ultimately contribute to the growth of the business.
Customer Relationship Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster brand loyalty.

Communicate with clients regularly to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements.
Ensure a seamless and personalized experience for clients from initial consultation to project completion.
Client Communication and Support:
Act as the point of contact for all client inquiries, feedback, and concerns.

Coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure client requirements are met.
Address any issues or challenges faced by clients promptly and professionally.
Data Management & CRM Software Utilization:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information track client interactions, preferences, and history, ensuring all data is properly recorded.

Generate reports on customer behavior, satisfaction, and trends to help inform future business strategies.
