Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Manager at RCMPA Polishing Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Thane. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with the clients, identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and achieving the sales targets.
- Sales, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
- Experience in B2B sales and business development
- Knowledge of the polishing industry and related products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
