The role exists:To create excellence in every customer moment & win them over as “friends for life”.Serve our friends with simple and transparent digital experiences leading to warm & personalized outcomes.Deliver defect free resolutions with speed and honesty AND explore life enriching experiences to GROWproducts and services for our friends and their familiesDeliverables (key responsibilities)Customer Service Responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determiningthe cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; following up toensure resolutionGenerate Sales leads Responsible for driving sales for various Airtel Plans, Plan upgrades & Products including my Airtel APP,WYNK, Airtel TV etc. for new & existing Airtel customers. Deliver on all agreed KPIs with adherence to pre-defined Scope of Plan to run store operations smoothly.Compliance Ensure compliance with policies and procedures & expected code of conduct. Ensure completion of store operational requirementsDemonstrate (Key competencies)- Persuasive Communication Skills- Service & Sales orientation- Digital Savvy- Analytical Thinking- EmpathySkills Required- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service to the customers.- Should be able to manage sales, service & operations at the same time.- Ability to connect, provide innovative solutions, and create an environment where all can succeed.- Must be digital savvy, comfortable in handling customer journey on digital stores.Educational Level Must have:Graduation is a mustMBA (Preferred)Working Experience Must have:Minimum 1-2 years of Retail experience
