2.Respond to the customers queries
3.Maintaining customers payment records
4.Responsible for collecting payment.
Skills: Good communication skills
Languages Required: Hindi & English/ Kannada/ Tamil.
Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to make reminder calls to existing customers regarding their due and overdue payments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle queries professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Make reminder calls to customers for their due and overdue payments.
- Provide details of outstanding balances and assist in resolving payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and reduce overdue accounts.
- Offer support and provide solutions in case of financial difficulties.
- Escalate cases to the appropriate team if a customer refuses to pay or has disputes.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience while handling calls.
Skills:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
