Job Overview

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to make reminder calls to existing customers regarding their due and overdue payments. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities

Make reminder calls to customers for their due and overdue payments.
Provide details of outstanding balances and assist in resolving payment-related queries.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments.
Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and reduce overdue accounts.
Offer support and provide solutions in case of financial difficulties.
Escalate cases to the appropriate team if a customer refuses to pay or has disputes.
Maintain professionalism and a positive customer experience while handling calls.

Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software is a plus.
Ability to handle difficult conversations with professionalism.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
