Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer contacts across multiple channels, including phone, email, social media, and messenger platforms, adhering to brand tone-of-voice guidelines.
Operate within an office environment, primarily in a phone-based role.
Utilize in-house software systems efficiently.
Address customer care and sales inquiries, including complaint resolution, problem-solving, processing monetary transactions, liaising with logistics and payment gateway partners, and ensuring effective case resolution.
Maintain punctual customer response times, ensuring high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) results and quality standards.
Assist with Customer Experience administrative tasks as required.
Collaborate with internal teams and external business partners.
Uphold the company's reputation by acting as a brand ambassador at all times.
