1. Monitoring and responding to online reviews and ratings to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
2. Order Management: Initiating calls to confirm orders and ensure accuracy.
3. Customer Communication: Addressing customer inquiries across various platforms, responding to queries on WhatsApp, handling email inquiries in a timely manner, and engaging with and responding to Instagram DMs and comments.
4. NDR Customer Engagement: Making calls to customers with non-delivery reports (NDR) to resolve issues and ensure successful delivery.
5. Social Media Content Creation: Designing and posting engaging Instagram stories that align with the brand's messaging and aesthetic & creating and editing reels for the brand's social media account, ensuring they are captivating and relevant to the target audience.
