Requirements: -
· Any graduate (Fresher’s as well)
· Good communication skills
· Problem solving skills
Responsibilities: - (Inbound calling)
· Assisting customers with problems or unexpected situations
· Providing solutions for customer problems
· Ensuring customer issues are resolved in a timely manner
· Developing and maintaining customer relationships
· Maintaining records of customer interactions
· Providing overall great customer experience
Shift: 9 AM to 6 PM
CTC: Negotiable
Interview: Telephonic round
