Job Description
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the cause of the problem
Assist customers with product information and services
Document all customer interactions and actions taken
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure their inquiries are resolved
Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
Assist in training junior associates and new hires
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to handle stressful situations and provide a calming influence
A positive and friendly attitude
Attention to detail
Willingness to work in shifts
